Joseph A. Garvey is the Executive Chef and Owner of Liberty Belle Catering, The Liberty Belle Cruise Ship and Joseph's Grille, a Philadelphia PA Restaurant in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. He studied at the prestigious Johnson & Wales University, and has worked as an executive chef for Hilton International, Hershey Hotels and the Disney World Corporation.
